Coordination Services

CIJDC offers Coordination Services to job positions around the state. By using CIJDC coordination services CIJDC assumes employer liability, which includes providing our employees with insurances options, IPERS, unemployment insurance, worker’s compensation coverage, etc.

CIJDC assumes all human resource support for you and the employees, handling payroll, with holdings, paid time off and any other benefits.

Decat, CPPC and ECI Coordination positions are the most common type we provide currently.
